Mission Context:

Define new and adapted Operational Model, processes, and roles/responsibilities in line with the set-up and tooling.

Function Description:

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on leader to drive the integration, adoption, and optimization of Adobe Workfront and its synergy with the broader ecosystem. This role will own the marketing operations transformation, ensuring teams transition smoothly to Workfront while maximizing the platform’s capabilities for campaign intake, briefing, execution, validation, and archiving. Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing future-proof workflows in Workfront, aligned with data and automation capabilities.
  • Translating business needs into technical requirements for IT and Adobe.
  • Training and upskilling teams on new processes, ensuring adoption and efficiency gains.
  • Governing the integration, monitoring performance, and iterating on improvements.

Education and Certification:

  • Adobe Certifications

Telework:

50% remote work available

Required Experience / Knowledge:

  • At least 10 years of relevant experience.

Technical Experience:

  • Adobe Workfront Expertise
  • Hands-on experience configuring Workfront (custom forms, proofing, resource management, reporting).
  • Knowledge of Workfront integrations (e.g., with Adobe Creative Cloud, AEM, Analytics, or third-party tools like Jira).
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud (Journey Optimizer, Target, Analytics, DAM) is a strong plus.

Process & Change Management:

  • Proven ability to redesign workflows and drive user adoption (e.g., migrating teams to Workfront).
  • Strong documentation skills (process maps, SOPs, training materials).

Project Management:

  • Proven ability to lead and structure projects.

Business Experience:

  • Marketing Operations (MarOps) Background: Experience in campaign operations, creative workflows, or digital asset management.
  • Understanding of agile marketing and how tools like Workfront enable it.

Soft Skills:

  • Team Player
  • Facilitator
