Responsibilities:

  • Structure and steer the initiative in line with Agile methodologies.
  • Ensure professional communication with middle and senior management.
  • Prepare and animate various ceremonies related to the initiative.
  • Manage the positioning and monitoring of the initiative with stakeholders.
  • Oversee end-to-end monitoring of developments until market launch.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including the CPO and contributing parties.

Language Requirements:

Proficiency in English and at least one local language (Dutch or French).

Education and Certification:

  • Master’s degree.
  • Mandatory certifications in program/project management and change management frameworks (e.g., AGILE, Prince2, ITIL, ADKAR).

Experience and Knowledge:

  • 10 years of professional experience, with 5+ years in managing programs and projects.
  • Technical and functional understanding for interactions with architects and developers.
  • Familiarity with automation solutions (e.g., BluePrism).

Business Experience:

  • Experience in program/project management.
  • Strong analytical skills and stakeholder management.
  • Customer-centric approach.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a complex, dynamic environment.
  • Relationship-building across all organizational levels.

Telework Expectation:
