Job Description:

The ServiceNow SecOps Vulnerability Response Implementation Specialist will be part of a dedicated ServiceNow expertise team, collaborating closely with the Cybersecurity team. The role involves driving the integration of the Vulnerability Response module of ServiceNow SecOps as part of a security improvement program. Key responsibilities include:

• Creating an application roadmap in line with ServiceNow product evolutions and executing it.
• Organizing workshops to capture business requirements.
• Advising on the best use of the product, leveraging out-of-the-box functionality and best practices.
• Conducting functional analysis, translating it into user stories, and validating with stakeholders.
• Overseeing ServiceNow configuration and development, ensuring adherence to out-of-the-box functionality.
• Implementing integrations with external sources such as vulnerability scanning tools and data sources.
• Conducting quality assurance, including technical and integration testing.
• Supporting user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Designing technical solutions and preparing for deployment.
• Providing go-live support and assisting in the preparation of user training materials.
• Acting as the internal application owner for the SecOps application.

Conformity Criteria:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience implementing ServiceNow SecOps modules.
• Successful completion of two or more implementations of the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response module.
• Certified ServiceNow Admin and SecOps VR Certification.
• Proficiency in English at level C.

Evaluation Criteria:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM in vulnerability management.
• Ability to design and justify ServiceNow SecOps VR implementation proposals.
• Capability to create implementation roadmaps and capture user requirements as user stories.
• Experience in enhancing user adoption through training material and user instructions.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow development and scripting, including developing integrations, using business rules, client scripts, UI policies and actions, UI pages and macros, script includes, catalog items, workflows, web services, and reports.
• Experience in implementing integrations of ServiceNow SecOps VR with vulnerability data sources, such as scanning tools.
