Job Title: Program Manager - Risk & Finance

Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale transformation programs, specifically SAP S/4HANA migrations, within the banking or financial services sector.
• Manage complex, multi-year programs with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Rapidly understand and address complex Finance, Risk, and IT topics.
• Communicate and influence effectively, interacting with C-level executives and senior management.
• Govern program planning, financial control, and reporting at the executive level.
• Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities with a collaborative, pragmatic, and results-oriented mindset.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 16 years of experience as a Program Manager or Portfolio Manager.
• Extensive experience in program governance, planning, financial control, and reporting.
• Solid understanding of Finance and Risk processes, Business & IT architectures, and banking regulatory frameworks.
• Clear understanding of the interaction between Finance and Risk departments within a regulated financial environment.
• Bilingual in Dutch and French, with strong proficiency in English.
