Description:

We are looking for an Agile Coach with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile Coaching and Planning & Delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support Planning & Delivery Transformation:
   • Contribute to the transformation of Planning & Delivery by supporting the alignment and adoption of consistent practices across the organization.
   • Improve time-to-market and identify measures for progress on initiatives.
   • Ensure transparency and clarity on the status of various ongoing initiatives and align finance needs with delivery teams.
   • Establish clear delivery frameworks and execution narratives.
   • Improve dependency management processes and reduce dependency management.
   • Identify standardization opportunities to reduce TOIL in delivery.
   • Contribute to delivery lifecycle management agreements and governance.
   • Strengthen delivery predictability and transparency (planning, tracking, reporting).
   • Promote consistent Planning & Delivery practices across teams.
2. Support the Adoption of Agile Practices:
   • Strengthen agile maturity across tribes and planning units.
   • Assess teams' agile journey and challenge individuals and squads to align with agile principles and practices.
   • Provide coaching interventions to support growth, quarterly planning, and visibility of work.
   • Train others in agile practices and develop self-service materials.
   • Facilitate stakeholder alignment and buy-in through effective communication and facilitation.
   • Establish clear coaching contracts, defining scope, outcomes, and expectations.
3. Contribute to the Agile Center of Excellence (CoE) and Community:
   • Actively contribute to and evolve the Agile Coaches’ offerings.
   • Support incoming demand to the Agile CoE, enhancing business agility.
   • Capture and share best practices, experiences, and learnings.
   • Strengthen self-service capabilities and agile knowledge throughout the organization.
   • Help build and nurture an Agile Community of Practice, promoting continuous learning and professional growth among peers.

• Agile Coaching: Senior level (5 years)
• Atlassian or ServiceNow skills: Junior level (1-3 years)
• Power BI: Junior level (1-3 years)
• Program Management: Junior level (1-3 years)
