Test Engineer
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Quarterly contracts
Work Regime: Full-time, 2 fixed office days per week in Antwerp region.
Languages: English/(Dutch)
Role Description:
The role also includes assisting in configuration setups and documentation of solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct business, functional, and technical analysis of new products.
- Design and solutioning for new implementations.
- Configure reference data.
- Coordinate technical implementations and validations for new end-to-end flows.
- Document business processes, requirements, and solutions.
- Perform end-to-end validations, including INT, UAT, and PRD validations.
- Coordinate BAT validations.
- Manage test data and create test plans.
- Follow up on defects and ensure acceptance criteria are met.
- Provide nightly support for releases and fixes.
- Collaborate with third parties and internal teams to ensure seamless integration and validation.
- Document legacy and existing solutions from a full end-to-end perspective ensuring a low-level understanding of all processes and flows.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role.
- Must have skills:
- End-to-end testing experience (frontend and backend).
- Understanding of SQL/DB knowledge.
- Experience with API knowledge (REST/SOAP).
- Experienced in Java (17) programming.
- Experienced in Playwright scripting using Java.
- Able to configure ELK stack and interpret Kibana dashboards.
- Able to configure Gitlab and execute/analyze run results.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and flexibility to adapt to changing environments.
- Nice to have skills:
- Call tracing and provisioning knowledge.
- Rating/Billing knowledge.
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience with TestNG test execution.
