Product Owner

Function Description:
- Represent stakeholders and the voice of the customers, capturing their expectations, preferences, and aversions.
- Turn strategic vision into actionable solutions, driving value creation in an Agile environment.
- Express and prioritize the needs of the product using a Product Backlog.
- Develop a deep understanding of the product, its market, and its customers.
- Define the strategy of the product based on market trends, user needs, data, and strategic direction.
- Ensure the squad’s understanding of the product and quarterly goals, sprint goals, and consistency every Sprint.
- Build the product’s big picture including its roadmap and translate this picture towards the squad and stakeholders.
- Clarify needs and draft the product’s Objectives Key Results (OKRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Define priorities and monitor the Product Backlog, continuously prioritizing key business needs.
- Ensure stakeholders remain aligned on the product to be delivered using Agile ceremonies.
- Initiate priority management approach, ensure product consistency and quality.
- Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies and act as a decision maker or authority to arbitrate on delivered functionalities.
- Conduct Sprints Backlog live adjustments and follow-up.

Education:
Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience.
Certification:
Preferable: Program/project management and change management frameworks (e.g., AGILE, Prince2, ITIL, ADKAR), Scaled Agile Framework.
Telework Expectation:
50% on-site & 50% homeworking.
Required Experience/Knowledge:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Functional understanding of automation and familiarity with automation solutions (e.g., BluePrism).
- Experience in delivering digital transformation projects.
- Experience in leading squads/teams.
- Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to manage a portfolio of projects.
