Description:

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support the Program Manager in a strategic project. The role involves coordinating various streams and ensuring alignment with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Program Manager in conducting activities and producing deliverables such as Roadmaps, KPIs, and Financials for key committees.
• Take ownership of specific initiatives.
• Document the business vision and business needs.
• Facilitate governance and align the product team with central IT.
• Manage risk, quality, and issues.
• Follow up on validation processes and documentation.
• Liaise between all stakeholders to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Language Requirements:

• Dutch: A plus
• French: Mandatory
• English: Excellent written and oral skills

Education:

Bachelor or Master degree

Telework Expectation:

50% on-site & 50% homeworking

Required Experience/Knowledge:

• At least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Proven skills as a business analyst with experience in project-driven environments.
• Capable of communicating with IT, Ops, legal, compliance, and business teams.
