Job description:

As part of its transformation programs, our client is looking for a program manager to successfully merge three different programs and manage the resulting program. This program aims to transform the company, and the mission will involve ensuring that this project remains oriented towards a business transformation and not just an IT migration project.

Responsibilities:

Participate in and help define the scope, schedule, and budget of projects.
Ensure the end-to-end management of projects, from partner selection to transition to run mode.
Organize and lead meetings, including steering committees.
Track project activities and deliverables.
Manage internal and external communication of the project with internal stakeholders.
Organize and coordinate change management.
Communicate with the IT teams, the business and any potential service providers.

Profile sought:

Strong expertise in production/technical management.
Good knowledge of the public transport profession or Belgian public organisations.
Good capacity for persuasion.
Analytical, writing and summarizing skills required for this position.
