Administrateur Technique Planisware

For a client we are looking for a Planisware Technical Administrator.

Start Date: 15/07/2026
End Date: 14/06/2027
Full-time, 50% on site
Language required: French

Responsibilities:

Ensure the maintenance and administration of the project, program, portfolio and plan management platform.
Implement new features on the Planisware platform (P4).
Analyze functionally and technically the projects launched.
Collect business needs and write functional and non-functional requirements.
Configure or develop the analyzed features on the platform.
Ensure the quality of results (test plan, supervision of tests, test report, analysis and correction measures).
Communicate with the project manager and the various project stakeholders.
Document functionally and technically the settings and developments carried out.
Participate in project meetings.
Support user support and incident resolution.
Train key users on the new features implemented.
Operationally lead major projects involving the application.

Required Qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience in Planisware configuration and development within the last 5 years.
Certification in project management methodology (PMP, Prince2, etc.)
Favorable evaluation during the last mission.
Experience in providing training on the use of Planisware software.
Ability to be operational within the month.

Desired skills:

Excellent knowledge of Planisware and its ecosystem.
Skills in computer development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL).
Experience in SAAS application management, data extraction and transformation.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to interact with technical teams and people in the business.
Experience level
