Process Manager / Team Lead Planning & Dispatching
This is a full-time position starting on 01/07/26 and ending on 31/12/26, with the possibility of extension. The role requires three days on-site work.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of 4 Planners and 9 Dispatchers.
- Ensure consistent execution of planning and dispatching processes and procedures.
- Coach, support, and develop team members while fostering a collaborative and performance-driven culture.
- Act as the operational escalation point during contingencies and operational disruptions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Support the further automation and digitalization of planning and resource management activities.
- Coordinate seasonal operational transitions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as the single point of contact for internal stakeholders and external operational partners.
- Support the development and implementation of the strategic vision for Planning & Dispatching.
- Contribute to a future-proof planning organization focused on innovation, efficiency, and customer experience.

Candidate Profile:
Education:
- Master's degree or equivalent through experience.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an operational and customer-oriented environment.
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading, coaching, or coordinating teams.
- Experience within planning, dispatching, resource management, or comparable operational environments.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders in a complex operational context (internal and external stakeholders).
