As a Service Designer, you will be responsible for designing and orchestrating end-to-end experiences of services and products, from user research to solution validation. You will ensure consistent, intuitive experiences that are aligned with strategic objectives while ensuring overall quality of service.
Understand user needs and customer expectations through qualitative and quantitative research.
Design and model user journeys and services (personas, journeys, service blueprints...).
Co-create solutions with clients, project teams and users (wireframes, prototypes, user tests).
Create the first wireframes to bridge the gap between the overall user experience strategy and the concrete design of digital interfaces.
Ensure consistency and quality of user experience across all touchpoints.
Support development teams and ensure compliance with best practices in UX and accessibility.
Contribute to the continuous evaluation of solutions through tests, indicators and analyses.
Apply the current information security rules.
Needs analysis and definition of requirements.
Ability to interpret complex datasets and extract relevant insights.
IT collaboration and development methods.
