Mission Context:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Business Enabling Key User who is a natural-born trainer, passionate about supporting business colleagues, and skilled at identifying and implementing improvement opportunities across different teams.

Function Description:

As a Business Enabling Key User, your daily tasks will focus on supporting specific teams (Sales, Customer Care, Finance, etc.) in their day-to-day activities. You will help them grow in their knowledge by conducting training courses, preparing support materials, and assisting Team Leaders in coaching sessions. You will support teams in challenging cases, identify potential areas for improvement, and document requirements. You will contribute to prioritization exercises, testing preparation and execution, and change management upon deployment. You will act as a 'business representative' in projects, collecting and providing business requirements, testing developments, and conducting training sessions. You will translate changes into clear work instructions and business processes, ensuring proper change management.

Main Tasks:

• Facilitate business change management where needed.

• Develop and deliver training to teams, including newcomers.
• Conduct refresh training as needed.
• Prepare necessary support materials.
• Assist Team Leaders in preparing coaching sessions and provide coaching where relevant.
• Identify and implement quick wins.
• Act as 2nd or 3rd support line in difficult cases.
• Analyze activities and detect potential fields for improvement (lean processes).
• Enhance the usage of key business tools (such as Salesforce).
• Support business with report and dashboard creation.
• Ensure good data quality in systems.
• Translate processes into detailed work instructions and keep them updated.
• Critically evaluate processes and propose improvements.
• Perform the Business Key User role for assigned business domains, including requirements provision, test preparation, and UAT validation.
• Attend and represent the business unit in forums like prioritization and sprint planning meetings.
• Own and/or contribute to RFCs and business cases.

Language Requirements:

• Dutch: Fluent

• French: Fluent in English and Dutch or French
• English: Fluent and Dutch or French fluent

Education:

Master’s degree

Telework Expectation:

50% on-site & 50% homeworking

Required Experience/Knowledge:

• At least 6 years of relevant experience.

• Experience with requirements gathering and business case development.
• Proven experience with lean process definition and risk-based testing.
• Mastery of Office tools.
• Proven experience in the financial sector and with Salesforce (or equivalent).
