Description:
Do you want to make HR smarter and more efficient? As an HR Process Analyst, you will help improve HR processes, making them simpler, clearer, and more effective. You will understand processes in depth, optimize them, and ensure, together with HR and IT, that everything runs smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the HR Process Manager to embed a continuous improvement philosophy and enhance service quality.
- Optimize processes while considering their impact on applications and data.
- Ensure processes are simple and efficient, with clear expectations.
- Define, analyze, and improve KPIs, challenging existing KPIs set by Process Owners where needed.
- Support Process Owners during internal audits and assist in implementing recommendations.
- Disseminate documentation and information to ensure uniform and consistent process application across all entities.
Conformity Criteria:

Master’s degree
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
- Trained BPMN professional
- Trained change management professional (ADKAR)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in process management, process modeling, or process reengineering
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (minimum B2 for all three languages)
- Minimum 3 days per week onsite
