Role Description:

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead IT Production initiatives. The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of initiatives, manage conflicts related to prioritization, budget, value for money, and scope, and monitor and control the progress of delivery. The role involves stakeholder management, organizing required ceremonies at multiple organizational levels, identifying and resolving impediments, and facilitating communication and information flow. The Program Manager will protect the team from unexpected workloads and align with IT Production Management, contributing to the Scrum of Scrum and Quarterly Agile Planning. The candidate will bridge business stakeholders and IT suppliers, ensuring optimal solutions are delivered.

Education and Experience:

• Master’s degree or equivalent by experience.
• At least 15 years of strong experience in a similar function.
• A professional experience of at least 20 years.

Technical Experience:

• Ability to understand technical and complex infrastructure architecture design documents.
• Preferable knowledge of infrastructure migration projects.

Business Experience:

• Ability to work in an Agile Way Of Working.

Soft Skills:
