Join a multidisciplinary team within the Invest tribe, responsible for the digital contracting journey supporting investment products. The team focuses on delivering a seamless, reliable, and compliant experience for customers and internal stakeholders, improving accessibility, usability, and operational efficiency across the Invest offer. The team operates in a strongly regulated environment using Agile Scrum with 2-week sprints and a self-steering mindset.

Mission:

We are looking for an experienced analyst who can thrive in an Agile environment and help shape, document, and steer functional solutions for the Invest Contracting squad.

Challenges:

The team operates in a complex ecosystem with multiple interactions between front-end channels, middleware components, and back-end banking systems. Solutions must meet high standards in terms of reliability, responsiveness, traceability, and compliance. The team works in a heavily regulated context with complex business rules and dependencies, requiring strong analysis, clear stakeholder alignment, and high-quality documentation and testing.

Activities:

• Gather and challenge business needs, translating them into clear user stories and functional requirements.
• Produce and maintain functional analysis documentation.
• Support process definition and ensure alignment across business and IT stakeholders.
• Identify dependencies, impacts, and risks across the contracting journey.
• Contribute to release planning and implementation readiness.
• Help define test scenarios and support end-to-end validation.
• Participate in the definition of change and rollout approach.
• Align with architecture and technical solution design.
• Align with Legal, Compliance, and other control functions where relevant.

Technical Stack:

• Java 8, Spring 4 / Spring Boot, Kafka, Flink

• Cucumber / Gherkin, Junit, Lombok
• HttpEntity / ResponseEntity (API call library built in from the Spring framework)
• Java SQL Library, Maven as a build tool
• Small amount of Groovy scripting for the Jenkins pipeline
• Jenkins, Git, Wiremock, Intellij (used to write/implement Cucumber tests), Octane

Working Regime:

At least 50% of the working time must be done in presence in Montagne du Parc (2 to 3 days a week).

Language Proficiency:

• Dutch: Native or C1 level minimum required

• English: Fluent spoken and written

Technical Experience:

• Mandatory knowledge of common development languages used in the domain.

• Excellent understanding of architecture (hardware, OS, networking, databases, middleware).
• Knowledge of methods, standards, and security procedures as well as development tools.
• Preferable experience with integration using different technologies (distributed/mainframe) and infra components.

Business Experience:

• Mandatory knowledge of Agile methodology.

• Preferable banking experience, ideally within the Invest domain or customer-facing contracting journeys.
• Experience working in a regulated environment with complex business rules and edge cases.
• Experience in client communication, reporting, or process formalization is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset.
