Senior Functional QA Consultant / Feature Quality Owner

Location: Brussels (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage quality assurance processes for software features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure feature quality.
• Develop and implement QA strategies and test plans.
• Identify and document defects, and work with development teams to resolve them.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Functional QA Consultant or similar role.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with intelligent matching engines and ranking systems.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Language Proficiency:

English required; additional languages are advantageous.
