Consultant Position

For a client, we are seeking a Medior Data Analyst to join a dynamic team focused on enhancing data transparency and developing impactful visuals. This full-time position requires a physical presence on-site for 50% of the time.

Responsibilities:

• Improve data management processes, including setting up data warehouses and pipelines.
• Explore and analyze large datasets from simulations.
• Benchmark visualizations from equivalent studies and those available within the team.
• Create and iterate upon visuals from simulation outputs, ensuring they meet stakeholder needs.
• Develop user-friendly interfaces for dynamic data exploration.
• Consolidate historical data into a data warehouse.
• Create or update Python tools for analyzing simulation outputs.
• Critically analyze algorithm results and identify key trends.
• Enhance data engineering and interfaces between tools.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Proficiency in Python and PowerBI is essential.
• Knowledge of React.js and ANTARES is a plus.
• Understanding of energy systems and market simulations.
• Strong analytical and innovative mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Interest in the energy market and transition challenges.
• Good level of Dutch and/or French and English.
