Business Analyst / AI Translator

Location: Brussels

Requirements & Analysis:
- Analyze business problems and translate them into structured requirements for AI and chatbot solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders from various departments.
- Challenge and refine requirements to ensure alignment with business goals.
AI & Chatbot Projects:
- Collaborate with data/AI engineers, developers, and product owners to clarify requirements.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
- Participate in testing chatbots and AI applications to validate business requirements and quality standards.
Stakeholder Management & Communication:
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate scope, progress, and risks.
- Prepare documentation such as user stories, process flows, and test cases.
- Present findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement:
- Gather feedback to iterate on solutions.
- Define and track KPIs for AI/chatbot initiatives.
- Contribute to best practices for AI usage within the organization.
Planning & Coordination:
- Build and maintain planning for the AI team.
- Define and track key milestones for AI initiatives.
- Coordinate with project management to align dependencies and delivery expectations.

Experience:
- Experience as a business analyst, product owner, or similar role.
Language Skills:
- Bilingual French/Dutch with working proficiency in both languages.
- Working proficiency in English.
AI Affinity:
- Strong interest in GenAI, chatbots, and conversational interfaces.
- Comfortable experimenting with AI tools.
