Role Description:

The IAM Business Model Manager will be responsible for ensuring the respect of information security and the correct implementation of the security model. The role involves translating business requirements into a security model framework and policies, taking ownership of the Business Modelling process, and ensuring proper service delivery to internal customers. The candidate will provide support on Business Modelling activities, offer advice on IAM architecture implementation, and collaborate with access management teams to improve efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure proper translation of business requirements into security model framework and policies.
  • Maintain and improve the Business Modelling process.
  • Validate and implement service delivery according to security policies, SLAs, processes, and procedures.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to the security community.
  • Collaborate with access management teams to enhance access management models.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to write documents and conduct meetings.
  • Fluent in French or Dutch, with a basic level of the other language.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a business analyst.
  • Experience in security technology and processes, particularly in Identity & Access Management.
  • Knowledge of Information Security Standards & Frameworks.
  • Experience with MS Excel and SQL.
  • Experience working in cross-functional departments and teams.
