Role Description:
As a Consultant Procurement Category Lead – Track Coordination, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the transition of the shareholder structure. You will be responsible for structuring, coordinating, and driving the procurement track, ensuring supplier-related activities are prioritized, aligned, and delivered on time. This role requires strong procurement expertise combined with coordination, governance, and stakeholder alignment, acting as a central link between procurement, business, legal, and program stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the overall procurement track, aligned with key timelines (assessment and negotiation phases).
- Coordinate a large supplier portfolio and define priorities based on risk, impact, and criticality.
- Lead the contract assessment and amendment process supporting the shift towards a resell model.
- Define and implement ways of working, including tracking, reporting, governance, and escalation processes.
- Act as a central coordination point between procurement, business, legal, and program teams.
- Consolidate insights into clear reporting and decision-making materials.
- Identify risks and ensure timely escalation and mitigation actions.
- Support supplier negotiations and contingency planning depending on supplier response scenarios.

- Affinity with project/program management and tracking/reporting.
- Experience in telecom or similar complex environments.
