Scrum Master Position

Position: Scrum Master

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: 31/12/2026, with an option for extension

Location: Brussels

Language Proficiency: Dutch, French, and English

Responsibilities:

• Support four teams within the domains of medicinal prescriptions, referral prescriptions, referral prescription support, and the MyHealth mobile application.
• Collaborate with Project Managers who follow the PRINCE2 methodology, while delivery teams operate according to Scrum principles.
• Apply the SAFe framework for the referral prescription teams to support quarterly planning and coordination activities.
• Coach development teams and stakeholders in the consistent application of Scrum and Agile practices.
• Ensure necessary adaptations preserve Agile values and principles.
• Operate effectively within a complex organizational environment with varying governance structures.
• Transition into the Release Train Engineer (RTE) role from 2027 onwards.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Senior professional with strong expertise in Agile methodologies.
• Pragmatic and results-oriented approach.
• Ambition and capability to grow into the Release Train Engineer position.
• Obtain the SAFe Release Train Engineer certification by the end of 2026.
• Excellent communication skills.

Desired Skills and Certifications:

• Professional proficiency in French, Dutch, and English.
• SAFe Release Train Engineer certification (to be obtained by end of 2026).
