Job Description:

We are looking for a Test Coordinator for a full-time assignment with an estimated duration of 6 months, renewable. The role will ideally begin no later than 10/08/2026. The position requires a presence at the Gosselies site for at least 2 days per week, with the possibility of additional on-site days as needed. Remote work is possible in consultation with the manager. A driver's license and vehicle are preferable due to limited public transport access to the Gosselies site. Occasional travel to other sites may be required.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and maintain the testing strategy in line with the test methodology and project acceptance criteria for both functional and non-functional aspects.
  • Coordinate activities during various testing phases, including test plan definition and execution, and lead different teams/stakeholders.
  • Organize tests in testing tools (ALM Quality Center/Azure Test Plans) following best practice rules.
  • Maintain the test schedule and monitor the availability of testing environments.
  • Follow up on identified defects and prioritize them in collaboration with project stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistency of information in testing tools and implement monitoring indicators to support project decisions.

Qualifications:

  • C2 level proficiency in French and B2 level proficiency in English according to the CEFR scale.
  • Confirmed experience with Quality Center and Azure DevOps tools.
  • Proven experience in defining and implementing test strategies for medium to large-scale projects.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum, V-model, and hybrid project testing.
  • 6 years of experience in leading test sessions with business teams.
  • Knowledge of testing methods and techniques (ISTQB Foundations level or equivalent).

Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of the GIS domain is a plus.
