Responsibilities

• Prepare the project plan (objectives, scope, organization & resources, planning & milestones, business case,
levels of tolerances, risks & constraints, communication, organizational impacts... ...) under the supervision of
program manager and this, in accordance with the mandate issued.
• Present and have the project plan validated by the steering committee in collaboration with the manager of
program.
• Report and collaborate with the program manager to ensure proper management and monitoring of the project.
• Collaborate with the other program project managers and the program manager to identify and
manage interdependencies with other projects and this also for all projects.
• Work closely with the business teams to understand the changes brought about by the
energy transition and its implications for the low-voltage grid.
• Lead and oversee the implementation of transformation projects, ensuring their integration
harmonious in daily activity.
• Prepare and present the status report to the project committee in order to ensure proper operational follow-up and a effective collaboration with stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit end-of-phase reports and exception reports to the Steering Committee in order to
to ensure the proper direction and overall integrity of the project.
• Be responsible for the overall progress of the project, compliance with timing and budget, and resource utilization. Initiate corrective actions if necessary.
• Identify and obtain the necessary support and advice for project management, planning, and control.
• Comply with and ensure compliance with the defined project methodology (including the testing methodology)
and Change Management) – Prince2 and Program Management (MSP)
• Be responsible for administering the project and coordinating the actions of suppliers.
Operational management:
• Establish the Project Initiation Document in accordance with the issued mandate and coordinate the production of defined deliverables.
• Monitor the progress and evolution of the project to ensure that it is delivered on time, within budget, and
in accordance with expectations in terms of quality.
• Manage risks and problems, notably by developing a contingency and mitigation plan.
• Help identify resources. Lead and motivate project team members throughout the duration
of the project.
• Ensure collaboration between the various parties during the project duration: stakeholders, architects,
development team, profession, change expert, etc.
• Obtain acceptance and validation of the key project deliverable by the responsible parties.
• Prepare the lessons learned report.
• Prepare any necessary follow-up actions and recommendations.
• Prepare the end of project report.
• Reports to the Program Manager
Project compliance:
• Initiate and coordinate quality audits and the implementation of quality assurance plans.
• Review and manage change requests based on initial assumptions after validation by the
steering committee.
• Ensure that the project outcome matches the defined objectives and meets the sponsor’s expectations.
• Ensure that the documentation is delivered by the project and is in line with our standards.
• Ensure that activities related to organizational change are planned and monitored by the Business
(including training).
• Ensure the production launch of the project and Post GO Live support
Reporting and Representation:
• Collaborate on an ongoing basis with the Program Manager.
• Document and communicate the project status to the project committee and steering committee.
• Formal monitoring of project risks and escalation of major risks and issues.
• Represent the project during steering committees and vis-à-vis clients.

Skills

Must have:
Scrum Master Certified or commitment to pass the certification before the start of the assignment
Knowledge and experience in project management methodologies such as Prince 2
Language requirement: French level C2 on the European CEFR scale
Experience in application or business project management
Proven experience in the management and supervision of IT projects (5 years)
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Planview, Azure DevOps...)
Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure evolution or migration projects (5 years)

Should have:
Experience in awarding and managing the execution of public contracts
Proven experience in project management in an agile context
