Business Analyst/Functional Analyst for "Service Now"

Role Description:
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with knowledge of Functional Analysis and Service Now.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and understand business/client needs, challenge them when required, and help the business reflect on the needs concerning the 'fit with the tool' and tooling strategy.
- Obtain formal validation of collected requirements using mock-ups and visuals.
- Define and analyze the business model using modeling techniques and methods such as Aris and UML diagrams.
- Understand the E2E process and data flow, analyze and document the new process and data model in Service Now.
- Translate business/client needs into requirements for building target solutions in Service Now.
- Formalize and document requirements following the standards of the tribe/squad and participate in functional analysis to enable developers to progress autonomously.
- Liaise with other contributors when required.
- Help prepare and participate in end-to-end testing of new functionalities to deliver maximal quality.
- Assist businesses in onboarding new solutions by mapping needs with delivered functionalities (change management).
- Act as an interface between stakeholders, communicating fluently both orally and in writing.
- Identify, communicate, and manage constraints, impediments, risks, and issues to maintain qualitative delivery on track.

Education:
Master or equivalent by experience
Required Experience/Knowledge:
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in a Business Analyst role, with some functional analysis knowledge.
- Preferable knowledge of Service Now.
- Experience with conceptual modeling techniques and methods (UML, Aris, mock-ups).
- Good expertise in MS Office is preferable.
- Functional and technical basic knowledge.
- Good understanding of workflow processes.
- Excellent analytic skills.

- Great stakeholder management.
- Great communicative skills are preferable.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology (or execution roles such as OPUS owner, feature owner).
- Knowledge of Service Now.
