Agentic Engineering Lead

Job Description:

We are looking for an Agentic Engineering Lead to serve as the primary contact for Generative AI engineering. The role focuses on two main areas:

• Support and Rollout: Facilitate the deployment of agentic development tools, such as GitHub Copilot, across the developer community, including citizen developers.
• Governance and Standards: Establish and enforce a uniform governance framework for the use of these tools among pro-code developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote optimal use of agentic tools by engaging the developer community, providing training sessions, and collaborating with the internal training academy.
• Create and maintain a central repository of MCPs, skills, and other resources relevant to the developer community.
• Support citizen developers throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure ideas are effectively carried from inception to full rollout.
• Manage costs, security, and policies to comply with legal, ethical, and internal requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and standardize code-driven agentic automations.
• Oversee and map out various automation teams within IS and the business.
• Create and maintain a standard catalogue of agentic-driven automations throughout the SDLC, from agile/waterfall backlog intake to automated coding and final deliverable checks against process requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in Generative AI engineering and agentic development tools.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and governance.
• Excellent communication skills to engage and train a diverse developer community.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure compliance with various requirements.
