Senior IT Project Manager

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: 30/06/2027 (12 months)

Work Regime: Full-time, 2 days onsite

Location: Brussels

Languages Required: French, Dutch, and English

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage IT projects according to agreed objectives.
• Oversee the implementation of IT processes and ensure compliance with project management standards (PMBOK, PRINCE2, or similar methodologies).
• Act as the point of contact for all project-related communication, both internally and externally.
• Collaborate with internal departments and development teams to plan the migrations of their applications, understanding their needs and translating them into practical solutions.
• Manage project risks and propose timely solutions to any obstacles.
• Steer project teams and ensure smooth collaboration between all parties involved.
• Prepare reports and updates to communicate progress and results to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business Management, or a similar field.
• At least 7 years of experience in IT project management.
• Fluency in French, Dutch, and English.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Excellent at planning, organizing, and prioritizing.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Thorough knowledge of IT processes and project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of IT networks and IT security solutions.

Desired Skills and Certifications:

• Project Management Certification (PMBOK or Prince 2).
• Experience managing large infrastructure migration to Nutanix.
• Experience with data center migration.
