Social Content Creator

Parttime: 3 days/week

The Role:

As a Social Content Creator, you will be the creative force behind our client's Instagram and TikTok presence. You will be responsible for shooting, editing, and posting content, bringing innovative ideas that capture attention. Collaborating closely with the Engage team, you will help build a distinctive and engaging social media feed. This role requires proactive idea generation and trend spotting.

Responsibilities:

• Create short-form video and static content for Instagram and TikTok, linking investing with culture, news, and trends.
• Manage the entire content creation process from concept to publication.
• Stay updated on platform trends and introduce fresh content formats.
• Contribute to the content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely publication.
• Collaborate on campaigns, product launches, and rebranding efforts.
• Use data to experiment, measure, and refine content strategies.

Qualifications:

• Native social media user with deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram algorithms.
• Strong video editing skills using tools like CapCut, Premiere, or similar.
• A compelling portfolio showcasing punchy, current content with a clear point of view.
• Proactive, fast-moving, and ownership-driven work ethic.

Practical Details:

• Commitment: 3+ days per week.
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid – Brussels-based with remote work flexibility.
• Start Date: As soon as possible until the end of the year.
• Experience: 3-8 years.
