For a client, we are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a major business transformation programme. This full-time role is set to commence as soon as possible and will conclude on December 31, 2024. The position allows for partial remote work with the expectation of being present on-site as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, team managers, and partners.
• Analyze, describe, and validate existing business processes and new user needs.
• Translate requirements into business solutions by creating functional analysis and application designs.
• Collaborate with technical team members on functional design and technical specifications.
• Manage the delivery of new functionalities and/or applications from end to end.
• Produce documentation throughout different project stages.
• Work closely with project managers to report status, facilitate decisions, manage risks, and escalate as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in functional and business analysis.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both business and development teams.
• Customer-oriented with a good ability to abstract complex material.
• Experience in supervising junior analysts and integrating into existing teams.
• Familiarity with AGILE/SCRUM methodologies.
• Understanding of technical language to carry out functional analyses.

Skills:

• Expertise in BPMN, Functional analysis, Service-oriented analysis, UML, Visio or Enterprise Architect.
• Confirmed skills in Business analysis, Confluence, Database - relational modeling, JIRA, SQL.
• Junior level knowledge in Java, Selenium is beneficial.

Language Requirements:

• Active knowledge of French or Dutch.
• Active knowledge of English for writing documentation.
