For a client we are seeking two Senior UX Researchers to join their dynamic team. This project-based role is set to commence on 14/10/2024 and will conclude on 28/02/2026.
Responsibilities:
- Lead UX research activities and maintain documentation in a Research repository.
- Prepare and facilitate workshops on functional framing, ideation, and co-design with key stakeholders.
- Collect insights into user needs and pain points, and gather feedback using appropriate research methods.
- Create personas and experience maps through user research and data analysis.
- Define interaction models and evaluate their success with measurable criteria.
- Identify business processes and use cases, and provide recommendations for user journey improvements.
- Design storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Present ideas, concepts, and design solutions to various stakeholders.
- Communicate design ideas and prototypes to UI Designers and Developers.
- Actively participate in broader UX Chapter activities, such as feedback sharing sessions and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
- 7 years of expertise in design thinking within agile project contexts.
- 7 years of experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- 3 years of experience in interaction design and information architecture.
- Proficiency in design software (Figma) and presentation software (PowerPoint, Miro).
- Formal qualification (master's degree, certification) in UX.
Desired Skills:
- Ability to create lo-fidelity wireframes in Figma and user flows.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-standard work delivery.
- Experience with a design system in Figma is advantageous.
- Experience using the research tool Condens is highly beneficial.
- Proven experience in conducting research activities with developers and designing tools for developers is a significant plus.
- Analytical and synthesis skills with a focus on simple solutions.
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in writing processes, documentation, and presentations.
- Passion for Information Technologies.
Language Proficiency:
- Fluent in English.
- Knowledge of French, Dutch, or German is a plus.
