For a client we are seeking a Business Analyst & Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Business Analyst & Project Manager to join our team. This role is critical in driving key business outcomes by bridging the gap between stakeholders and ensuring successful project execution. The ideal candidate will possess a balance of strong project management capabilities and business analysis skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and challenge business needs, translating them into functional and technical requirements to shape sustainable solutions.
• Manage business projects or workstreams from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with objectives and timely delivery.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct business casing for projects in alignment with the program manager and key project stakeholders.
• Prepare project plans and reports for communication up to senior levels.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or similar roles.

Skills:

• Strong analytical skills to assess needs, conduct gap analyses, and propose solutions.
• Proven experience in leading projects from concept to completion.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of managing stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills to anticipate challenges and address issues proactively.
• Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Language Proficiency:

Must be fluent in English, Dutch, and French.

Work Location and On-site Requirements:

The role is based in Brussel with a flexible arrangement of 2 days at the office and 3 days at home, depending on needs and management.
