For a client we are seeking a Junior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist to join a dynamic and professional team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their skills in information security and IAM processes.

Job Title: Junior Identity and Access Management Specialist

Project Duration: Minimum 3 years

Location: Vlaams-Brabant (3 days/week on-site)

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and resolve IAM-related incidents with accuracy and efficiency.
• Create and manage user identities, ensuring accurate data entry.
• Manage and monitor access rights and privileges across IT systems and applications.
• Review and validate the necessity of existing user identities.
• Deactivate unnecessary user identities as required.
• Act as a point of contact for all IAM-related inquiries.
• Assist in the implementation, documentation, and improvement of IAM processes and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A basic understanding of identity and access management concepts.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent proficiency in English and Dutch, both spoken and written.

Desired Skills:

• Attention to detail and meticulous work ethic.
• Good communication skills with the ability to work proactively and independently in a team environment.
• Interest in information security and a willingness to learn new skills.
• Knowledge of IAM processes and tools like SailPoint is an added benefit.

Language Requirements:

Preferably proficient in Dutch and English.
