Role Description:

We are looking for a seasoned Communication Collaborator / Manager to join the Center of Excellence Security ‘Security Awareness & Training’ team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering strategies, methodologies, communications campaigns, and training plans to foster a culture of security across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with security teams to identify top human risks and the behaviors that need to change to manage those risks.
• Develop a comprehensive security awareness and training program that engages and encourages behavioral change.
• Identify specialized training needs for certain roles and ensure delivery.
• Drive the program towards maturity with repeatable, efficient, and lean processes.
• Create a metrics framework to measure the impact of the program.
• Ensure alignment with industry regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.
• Serve as a consultant/advisor to security domain owners for their communication and training needs.
• Act as a capability owner within the bank, coordinating cross-team/-department/-entity efforts for alignment and consistency.
• Research and study advancements in educational technologies and methods.
• Stay current with the latest cybersecurity concepts, terminology, and risks.

Education & Professional Experience:

• Master’s degree or equivalent.
• Project management experience with the ability to plan, manage, and maintain a complex, bank-wide program over the long term.

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with the financial services industry.
• Exposure to cybersecurity topics.

Languages:

• Mandatory: Fluent in English.
• Preferably: Fluent in Dutch and/or French.

Certifications:

• No specific certifications required, but relevant professional certifications (e.g., Change Management, Instructional Design, or Communications) are a plus.
• Familiarity with project management frameworks (e.g., Prince2, ITIL) is considered a plus.
• Formal training related to security awareness and cybersecurity is also a plus.
