Responsibilities:

• Provide support within the methodological framework for application and data delivery.
• Develop the lead developer role and collaborate with experts across various domains.
• Handle requests for assessments and work in a technology-agnostic manner.

Qualifications:

• Proven analytical ability and the capability to deliver high-quality results promptly.
• Experience as a bridge builder with a T-profile: broad experience coupled with in-depth knowledge in specific areas.
• Ability to provide training and coaching to team members.
• Recognized as a reference within previous roles regarding Design, Development, DevOps, and related areas.

Skills:

• Proficiency in drafting clear and concise documentation.
• Solid experience with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.
• Familiarity with CI/CD Pipeline and DevOps toolchains, including Test automation, Observability platform, Infra-as-code, Containerization, and Openshift (considered a plus).
• Knowledge of security practices within the DevOps context.
• Experience in collaborating with external partners and in cloud and package operations.
