For a client we are seeking a Senior Tribe Scrum Master :

Start Date: Asap
End Date: 31/12/2025
Work Location: Brussel
On-site Requirements: Expectation of 50% on-site work and 50% homeworking

Responsibilities:

• Assist the tribe in self-organization and management.
• Reinforce scrum/agile practices within the tribe.
• Support distributed/mainframe complex system integrations.
• Provide E2E testing support and manage release processes.
• Engage in project management and stakeholder management activities.
• Identify and resolve present and future intertribe dependencies.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Proven track record in project management and stakeholder management.
• Experience in the credits domain is preferable.

Technical Skills:

• Mandatory: Experience with distributed/mainframe complex system integrations, E2E testing support, and release management.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to cope with complex conflicts of interest between stakeholders.
• Capability to adopt a helicopter view to identify and resolve issues.
• Significant influence on promoting agile practice within the tribe.

Language Proficiency:

• English + Active knowledge of at least one local language and passive knowledge of the other language.
