For a client, we are seeking a Senior Scrum Master :

End Date: 31/10/2025

Location: Brussel

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain security solutions encompassing framework, architecture, methods, tooling, organization, and processes.
• Manage and maintain the security solution, aligning it with evolving user needs.
• Provide operational service related to the IT Security Infrastructure.
• Handle day-to-day activities for managing incidents, changes, and releases.
• Define and measure Key Performance Indicators for the effectiveness and efficiency of Security Management services.
• Support various stakeholders in security communication, coordination, and cooperation.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and other meetings, ensuring adherence to Scrum methodology.
• Assist Product Owners with the Security Product Backlog and promote healthy team dynamics.
• Coordinate within the cluster/tribe and with relevant stakeholders to ensure product delivery.
• Track team capacity and velocity for planning and progress purposes.
• Identify and resolve structural problems through continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Technical Experience:

• Mandatory knowledge of agile reporting and follow-up tools (e.g., Jira).
• Understanding of automated unit testing, functional testing, and continuous integration tooling.
• Proficiency in software development and project management methodologies.
• Experience in IT infrastructure or Security is preferable.

Business Experience:

• Mandatory expert knowledge of agile methodology (Scrum & Kanban).
