Functional Analyst Salesforce Field Service
For a client, we are seeking a skilled Functional Analyst with expertise in Salesforce Field Service to join our team on a project basis.
Project Duration: January 1, 2025 - December 31, 2026 (with the possibility of extension)
Location: Brussel (with remote work options according to company policy)
Responsibilities:
- Manage corrective and evolutionary maintenance of deployed Salesforce applications.
- Collaborate with project and maintenance teams to support various business domains.
- Engage in functional analysis, backlog management, and user story creation.
- Translate functional needs into user stories and test solutions.
- Perform master data creation/modifications and user administration tasks.
- Provide support during System Tests, System Integration Tests, and User Acceptance Tests.
- Conduct sanity checks post-deployment and manage change documentation and training.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Certified Salesforce Administrator (Must have)
- Certified Platform App Builder Salesforce (Must have)
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Business/Functional Analyst (Must have)
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an analyst on Salesforce - Service Cloud or Field Service Lightning (Must have)
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in configuration on Salesforce (Must have)
- Proven experience in incident management (Field Service Lightning) (Must have)
Desired Skills:
- Experience with the configuration of Flow Salesforce (Should have)
- Knowledge of Agile methodology (Should have)
- Proven experience with JIRA (Should have)
Language Proficiency:
- Fluent in French or Dutch (Must have)
- Proficient in English (Should have)
