For a client we are seeking an Application Specialist/Functional Analyst to join a digital team within the B2B sector. This full-time role is set to start in January 2024 and has a duration of one year with the potential for extension. The successful candidate will be required to work on-site on Mondays and one additional day per week.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for new bugs and incidents, assess their priority, and ensure resolution by the team.
• Proactively communicate with stakeholders to discuss solutions.
• Participate in testing processes as needed to facilitate expedited resolutions.
• Develop and maintain procedures and documentation, aiming for simplification.
• Keep functional and application documentation current and accurate.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Scrum.
• Strong functional analysis skills within an IT environment.
• A structured approach to work, with meticulous attention to detail and a pragmatic mindset.
• Experience in digital environments, particularly with setting up new APIs; an affinity for UX/UI is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English, with the ability to adapt communication styles to different audiences.
• Autonomous work capability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• A dynamic attitude and openness to working in evolving environments.

Desired Skills:

• Prior experience in a corporate setting.
• Familiarity with Confluence.
• Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
