For a client in Leiden, which is not in Belgium but in the Netherlands, in the province of Zuid-Holland, we are seeking a Data & Analytics Consultant with a minimum of 3 years of experience. This role requires at least 2 days of on-site work per week in Leiden. We are interested in applications from permanent employees or direct freelancers only.

Data & Analytics Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Support the design, optimization, and maintenance of TechOps data reports from an architectural and visualization standpoint.
• Assist in introducing advanced data analytics technologies.
• Contribute to data analytics projects, such as data warehouse implementation.
• Translate business requirements into user-friendly data reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Support the transfer of current BI reports to a Datawarehouse interface.
• Collaborate with business partners and the ITS department to set up data models, enabling reports and dashboards for the TechOps department.
• Maintain and optimize current dashboard setups.
• Optimize manual processes and assess current data analytics capabilities to introduce advanced data analytics.
• Interact with the D&A Lead and Operations & Strategy lead to provide status updates and align on the Datawarehouse migration project.

Qualifications:

• Advanced knowledge of Power BI for reports and dashboarding.
• Familiarity with SAP systems.
• Experience in supply chain, quality, and manufacturing processes; previous experience in Pharma is a plus.
• Proficiency in advanced data analytics.
• Critical thinking and flexibility in work approach.

Language Skills:

• English: Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking.
• Dutch: Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking.
