For a client, we are seeking a Sales & Marketing Director to lead a transformative journey in the B2B specialized logistics services sector. This role is a key part of a large digital transformation initiative aimed at establishing a seamless end-to-end offer in regional parcel logistic services.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to establish leadership in B2B specialized logistics services.
- Engage with multiple verticals to build strategic alliances with market leaders.
- Implement key account management best practices aligned with strategic pillars: quality, digitalization, innovation, and customer centricity.
- Build a B2B marketing organization, including go-to-market strategy, product management, market communication, and business intelligence.
- Lead cost analysis, pricing strategy, and new product launches.
- Collaborate with product development, customer care, operations, and finance departments to enhance sales efforts.
- Assist in contract negotiations to ensure long-term success and profitability.
- Define and monitor sales KPIs, managing comprehensive sales reporting to drive strategic goals.
Required Profile:
- Master's degree in Engineering, Sciences, or Economics.
- Over 15 years of experience in managing sales and marketing teams, with revenue streams exceeding €400 million.
- Proven track record in new business development and commercial excellence.
- Experience in key account management, sales pipeline management, and CRM.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to leverage market dynamics and internal capabilities for business growth.
- Extensive industry knowledge across sectors such as retail, engineering and tooling, and re-commerce.
- Demonstrated leadership in team and talent management.
- Collaborative mindset with exceptional ability to work across various departments.
Language Proficiency:
- Bilingual in Dutch/French and proficient in English.
