For a client, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scrum Master to join a dynamic team. This role is pivotal in facilitating agile framework methodologies and maximizing project results within a customer servicing and efficiency context.

Job Title: Scrum Master - Expert

Start Date: 03/02/2025
End Date: 14/02/2026

Work Location: Brussel (Expectation: 50% on-site & 50% homeworking)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, Sprint Planning, Retrospective) and other meetings.
  • Ensure smooth use of Scrum methodology and assist the squad in overcoming obstacles.
  • Provide assistance to the Product Owner regarding the Product Backlog.
  • Support the team in delivering the Definition of Done (DoD), Sprint Backlog, etc.
  • Track team capacity and velocity metrics for planning and progress purposes.
  • Offer clear statuses towards all stakeholders.
  • Coach and challenge the squad, promoting self-organization and removing barriers to team effectiveness.
  • Create and track a delivery timeline and follow up as the Feature delivery owner.
  • Serve as an ambassador of agile methods within the company.
  • Manage risks and issues effectively.

Required Experience and Knowledge:

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in agile reporting and follow-up tools (e.g., Rally).
  • Understanding of automated unit testing, automated functional testing, and continuous integration tooling.
  • Strong knowledge of software development and project management methodologies.

Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with IT Architecture.
  • Experience with Full stack development.
  • Expertise in agile methodology and techniques.
  • Proficient Project Management skills, capable of taking on the role of (E2E) Feature Delivery Owner.

Business Experience:

 
  • (Preferred) Experience with CHATBOT technology.
