For a client we are seeking a Tech Lead MDM (Master Data Management) to join their team. This full-time position is set to commence as soon as possible and will run until December 31st, 2025. The role requires a presence in the office every Monday, with a second day subject to business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the Reltio MDM application.
• Oversee the DevOps/middleware setup for the MDM.
• Supervise integrations between various applications and the MDM integration hub.
• Collaborate with data architecture colleagues to support data lineage and integrations.
• Define and manage the canonical data model in partnership with the implementation partner.
• Provide technical leadership and challenge business stakeholders to ensure the right technical solutions are mapped to strategic objectives.
• Ensure MDM is exclusively used for master data purposes.
• Interpret and implement a data model within the IT landscape.
• Manage data quality, including defining, monitoring, and maintaining data integrity.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in master data management.
• At least 2 years in a senior MDM role.
• Technical expertise in data integration, data modeling, and MDM workflow.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with design thinking.
• Excellent communication skills and resilience.
• Autonomous work style with a ‘can-do’ mentality.
• Proficient in stakeholder management with both business and technical teams.
• Ability to maintain a broad perspective while contributing to a growing team.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Reltio.
• Familiarity with technologies within the same ecosystem.
• Dutch language proficiency is a bonus.

Language Proficiency:

• English fluency is required; Dutch is advantageous.
