For a client we are seeking a Business Analyst

Start Date: 2nd January 2025

End Date: 30th June 2026

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join a dynamic team and contribute to an Energy Transition Program. This role involves working with Smartgrid solutions to enhance the efficiency, reliability, and sustainability of electricity networks.

Responsibilities:

• Document current business processes and organize workshops to clarify business needs and objectives.
• Lead workshops to define target business processes with business experts and future users.
• Document the to-be processes for integration into the enterprise mapping.
• Draft Business Requirements in collaboration with external providers’ functional analysts.
• Contribute to test plan definitions and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business teams.
• Support the organization of meetings and maintain clarity in business challenges and project goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a process analyst, including documentation and continuous improvement.
• Experience in leading workshops with business experts.
• Familiarity with the energy sector is preferred.

Skills and Certifications:

• Proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio).
• Documentation skills according to BPMN standards.
• Experience with projects related to energy transition is desirable.
• Proficiency in the French language (C2 level).
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite is preferred.
