Test Manager for S/4 Hana Project
For a client, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Manager to support a critical S/4 Hana brownfield project. This role is an excellent opportunity for a professional looking to contribute to a significant ERP transformation.

End Date: 30/11/2025
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the Master Test Plan (MTP).
- Oversee the execution of system tests (SYS), Systems Integration Tests (SIT), and Business Acceptance Tests (BAT).
- Manage SIT and BAT test campaigns in JIRA.
- Monitor and report on defect resolution.
- Provide comprehensive test reports to the project team.
- Coordinate SIT and BAT testing activities, including the collection and execution of test scripts.
- Implement test automation where necessary.
- Ensure adherence to testing governance and standards.
- Collaborate closely with other project tracks, particularly with release management.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Science, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in SAP.
- Proven track record as a Test Manager, Test Coordinator, or Project Manager on at least 3 SAP projects.
- Experience in defining and writing test strategies for S/4 Hana conversion projects.
- Functional lead analyst, Test Manager, Test Coordinator, or Project Manager on at least 1 S/4 Hana project.
- Functional lead analyst, Test Manager, Test Coordinator, or Project Manager on at least 2 SAP upgrade projects.
- Experience in S/4 HANA brownfield conversion is a plus.
Skills:
- Proficiency in JIRA.
- Functional analysis experience in at least two SAP Modules.
- Functional/implementation lead on at least 2 SAP projects.
- Release management or coordination experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
Certifications (Desired):
Language Proficiency:
- Fluent in either French or Dutch.
- Good knowledge of the second language (French or Dutch).
- Very good knowledge of English.
The successful candidate will be joining a project that has been underway since 2019, with the goal of achieving an iso-functional S/4 Hana conversion by the go-live date of 11/11/2025.
