Technical Product Manager

For a client, we are seeking a Technical Product Manager to oversee the lifecycle management of HR applications. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of these applications, supporting ongoing projects, and serving as a liaison between internal clients and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain a suite of HR applications, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with organizational needs.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors and provide support for other HR tools, such as Déhora Planpoint.
  • Contribute significantly to HR technology projects, including migrations, implementations, and integrations, particularly with SuccessFactors.
  • Oversee and configure APIs to maintain robust system connections.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals within set timelines.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with internal clients to gather insights on needs and challenges.
  • Partner with external vendors and service providers to implement solutions and address issues promptly.
  • Identify and implement enhancements to improve the performance and functionality of HR applications.
  • Keep abreast of HR technology trends to recommend and adopt innovative solutions that support business objectives.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Demonstrable experience in managing HR Applications.
  • Proven expertise with SAP SuccessFactors modules, specifically Employee Central and Performance Management.
  • Previous role as a Technical Product Manager is essential.
  • Experience as a business analyst in a similar environment is required.
  • Proficiency in API configuration and system integrations.
  • In-depth understanding of HR processes and the role of technology in optimizing them.
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • A problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Language Proficiency:
  • Fluency in English is required.

Candidates with additional experience in scheduling and planning tools, such as Déhora Planpoint, will have an advantage. We are looking for a candidate who can seamlessly integrate into our team and contribute to the ongoing success of our HR technology initiatives.
