For a client, we are seeking a Business Analyst to join the "BUSINESS CHANGE & MONITORING" team within the Life Insurance division.

Responsibilities:

• Analysis:
  • Define and formalize requirements according to quality standards.
  • Identify process impacts of migrating individual life insurance policies.
  • Facilitate understanding between business and IT teams.
• Testing:
  • Prepare and execute process and calculation tests.
• Monitoring:
  • Act as a liaison between business and IT teams.
  • Provide regular reporting on the progress of activities.

Your Profile:

• Knowledge of 2nd pillar group life insurance (products and processes) and/or 2nd pillar individual life insurance is imperative.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the life insurance sector.
• University degree in mathematics or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record as a Business Analyst.
• Commitment to project quality and adherence to deadlines.
• Autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented.
• Familiarity with at least one standard business/process analysis methodology.
• Proficiency in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
• Structured, organized with good priority management, and pragmatic.
• Strong adaptability and learning ability.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to find the effective level of abstraction based on context.
• Excellent communication skills across various audiences.
