For a client we are seeking an ICT Cyber Security Norms & Compliance Expert to join their team. This role is crucial for deploying a robust Cyber Security Normative Framework and ensuring compliance with both internal standards and regulatory requirements.

Work Location: Brussel

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance the Cyber Security Normative Framework, ensuring alignment with group procedures and local laws.
• Analyze updates to the framework for clarity and implementation feasibility.
• Report on compliance status to senior management and stakeholders, including Internal Audit.
• Contribute to the creation and updating of cyber security processes and procedures.
• Coordinate with various teams and external resources for effective information security management.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree in IT, science, engineering, or equivalent experience/skills in ICT control.
• At least 5 years of experience in Information Security and IT process controls management.
• Proficiency in Information Security Standards (NIST, PCI DSS) and knowledge of EU security regulations.
• Experience in metrics definition, dashboarding, and reporting to senior management.
• Strong skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint as a user.

Desired Skills and Certifications:

• Certifications in ISO27k series, CISA, CISSP, or similar.
• Knowledge of Audit and diagnostic techniques.
• Project Management/coordination skills.
• Familiarity with GRC Tools such as RSA Archer, SNOW.
• Understanding of Agile Methodology and regulations such as Chaps, CIS.

Language Proficiency:

• Dutch (Good speaking and writing skills - optional)
• French (Fluent speaking and writing skills - mandatory)
• English (Fluent speaking and writing skills - mandatory)
