We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Functional Analyst. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to translate business needs into functional and/or technical designs, ensuring the delivery of effective solutions that meet organizational requirements.

This is a long-term mission requiring a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate within an Agile team consisting of architects, developers, analysts, and project managers.
• Analyze requirements and create clear, concise user stories and functional specifications in French or English using tools such as Jira.
• Support the development team with the delivery of solutions based on Java technologies.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather, refine, and validate requirements to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to the preparation of documentation in both French and English.

Required Experience and Skills:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst in Agile environments.
• Native-level proficiency in French and strong working knowledge of English.
• Experience in writing clear, structured user stories and technical documentation in both French and English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
• A proactive mindset, with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Java-based systems and tools like Jira.
• Experience working in the healthcare or public sector is a plus.
