For a client, we are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to join our team on a temporary basis.

Project Duration: January 6, 2025 - December 31, 2025

Location: Luik, with the option for remote work

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, assumptions, dependencies, and impacts.
• Establish and align project governance with the PMO's overarching framework.
• Engage and integrate stakeholders from various teams.
• Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and track progress.
• Oversee and manage changes to project scope.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, deadlines, and budget constraints.
• Identify and manage dependencies and interfaces with other projects and applications.
• Address project issues, implement corrective actions, and manage risks proactively.
• Prepare for the transition of projects to IT or operational maintenance teams.
• Manage communications with all stakeholders and provide regular reports in line with PMO governance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing technical and cross-functional projects.
• Strong understanding of project governance frameworks and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Fluency in French is required; knowledge of English and Dutch is a plus.

Specific Skills:

• At least one experience as a Project Manager on an SAP project.
• Over 5 years of professional experience.
• Proven experience with SAP projects (4 years minimum).
• Proficiency in project documentation and management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).
• Change management experience (2 years minimum).

Sector Knowledge:

• Experience in customer management processes, billing, etc.
• Aptitude for process reengineering and technical projects.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the utilities sector (energy providers or distribution system operators).

General Skills:

• Mastery of French (C2 level).
• Analytical and synthesis skills.
• Excellent communication and writing abilities.
• Ability to manage all key aspects of a project.
• Autonomous, flexible, and team-oriented work ethic.
