For a client we are seeking a Data Reporting & Visualisation Expert

Role Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Reporting and Visualization Expert to support the design, development, and maintenance of a comprehensive HR dashboarding tool in Power BI. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of data analytics, visualization, and HR core systems integration.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and optimize data warehousing capabilities, including SAP BW, SAP BO, Oracle, and SQL.
• Connect, extract, and manipulate data from various sources such as SAP HR, SAP BW, Oracle, and SQL-based databases.
• Utilize MS Access and VBA coding for advanced data management and integration.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all dashboards.
• Conduct rigorous testing and validation of data models and visualizations.
• Collect business requirements and translate them into actionable data visualization solutions.
• Create interactive and user-friendly Power BI dashboards.
• Develop calculated measures and custom visualizations using DAX language.
• Collaborate closely with HR Analytics, Data, IT, and business teams.
• Provide training and support to HR Analytics team to maximize knowledge and adoption.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.

- Over 5 years of relevant experience.

Technical Experience:

Mandatory: SAP BW, SAP BO, Power BI, SAS EG, DAX, VBA

Preferable: SAP 4HANA, Oracle, SQL, Python

Business Experience:

Mandatory: Prior experience in data analysis.

Preferable: Experience in HR data environment and familiarity with HR metrics.

Language Requirements:

- Dutch: Business knowledge

- French: Business knowledge

- English: Business knowledge

Soft Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
